Item missing from my order. Got in contact via live chat and was promised a replacement. Was then notified item was out of stock. Offered refund, accepted. 4 months later still no refund has been issued. Not impressed.

Placed my first order last week. Brilliant. Arrived so fast. 3 for 2 offer was on so grabbed a bargain.
Very wide range of products, great quality, packaged great. Faultless order Very happy. Will definitely be a returning customer

Bought twice from them n none of their products are good... Their vitamin C creams supposed to be moisturizing it's so dry on my skin, also it's copper serum and there's nothing fab about their pineapple face spray apart from it's nice fragrance....i went after their positive reviews twice n I made a great mistake... I would not buy from them again would not even spend a penny on their cheap quality products.... I'm highly disappointed

I really saved a lot comparing to what I would spend in boots
Sizes of the blushers are incredible
The pigmentation is amazing and the colours they have available are usually available in the very expensive designer brands section
I’ve been looking for a glitter palette with browns beige and and creams and none of the High street brands have this type of palette
Blush is as good as Chanel one I used to have
The make up brushes are so beautiful and soft
I bough a brush that looks like rose and never seen anything similar anywhere else
The packaging is so cute and looks incredible in my make up bag
I loved their glisten liquid eyeshadows for summer
I used to spend tones of money for designer make up and now im addicted to the quality of these products the colours and the packaging.
this is my number one brand now to buy from
And you will save lots of money buying them

I recently made my first order from Revolution, not knowing what exactly to expect. The package took a while to arrive, and unfortunately I found a flaw in one of the eyeshadow palettes I had gotten on sale. I wrote an email to their support with some pictures, expecting to have to return the order and get a refund. However, they got back to me within a day, offering me a replacement product of my choice, shipped free of charge, no need to return the faulty item. I just got my replacement eyeshadow palette - and I love it! I really didn't expect this kind of quality for the price, and such effective and friendly customer service. So I just wanted to say - thank you!

I've ordered from Revolution over four times now, each time I've had on-time delivery and no products missing! After reading the reviews recently I was hesitant to order again however after they started another 'free gift' promotion I had to order. I get my skincare products from here and the quality has always been excellent!

No information about me was added to the package, not even my address. The package is now on the way back to you and I've asked for my money back, but has heard nothing back yet. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Find revolution brillant was let down because of there website not updating but customer service was brillant and the makeup I got was brillant as usual

I made two separate orders a month back and I waited for atleast 2-3 weeks.. I got my boyfriend to ring up Makeup revolution to ask what the issue was and it was said that someone that was working there had seem to stolen an order I had placed.. hence why I had been waiting for so long! If I hadn’t rung up then I would’ve been waiting forever lol. Thanks to the lady who answered the call.. she got my order fast tracked and sent to me the next 2 days!!! Be careful.. there is a thief that works there. And always make sure to ring up if there is any issue guys!!!! ????
